Refund & Replacement Policy

1. The 48-Hour Warranty
All our accounts are delivered with a strict 48-hour replacement warranty. If an account is banned, locked, or inaccessible upon first login within 48 hours of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.
2. Voiding the Warranty
The warranty is immediately voided if the accounts are:
- Used without appropriate clean residential or 4G mobile proxies.
- Subjected to aggressive automation software immediately upon login.
- Used for spamming, harassment, or illegal activities.
3. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital and consumable nature of Phone Verified Accounts, we generally do not offer cash refunds once the account credentials have been transferred. Exceptions are made only if we completely fail to deliver the agreed-upon batch within 72 hours of payment.
4. Submitting a Claim
To submit a replacement claim, contact our Telegram support with your Order ID and screenshots of the locked accounts. Our team will verify the batch status and issue replacements within 12 hours.
