1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PvaInsta's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

PvaInsta provides digital delivery of Phone Verified Accounts (PVA) for various online platforms. We do not own the platforms these accounts connect to.

3. Account Usage & Restrictions

You agree to use the purchased accounts strictly in accordance with the terms of service of the respective platforms (Instagram, Twitter, etc.). We are not responsible for account bans resulting from automation, aggressive following, or spam-like behavior after the initial warranty period.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PvaInsta, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services.
